All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
During peak shopping seasons, promotional events or inventory restocking periods, our order volume will increase significantly, which may lead to a slight extension of order processing time. We will actively monitor the order status and send official notification emails to all customers once substantial order delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your bag products.

Standard Shipping: 15 business days
All stated delivery times are estimated values and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery time may fluctuate due to logistics carrier operational delays, local customs clearance procedures, extreme weather conditions, regional logistical restrictions or statutory holidays in transit countries/regions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is packed, inspected and dispatched successfully, we will send a shipment confirmation email to your reserved email address, which includes exclusive order tracking number and logistics query link.
Tracking details typically become available within 24-48 hours after shipment as the logistics carrier needs time to scan and update shipment information. If you cannot query tracking information beyond the time limit, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall take full responsibility for filling in accurate, detailed and complete shipping address, recipient name and contact phone number during order checkout.
TAYLOR JACOB THADDEUS will not be liable for undeliverable, misdelivered or lost orders caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors, customers need to bear the corresponding reshipping fees and secondary logistics costs for re-delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost during transit by the logistics system, please initiate a consultation and claim request to our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will verify the logistics loss record and follow up with the carrier to handle compensation or re-delivery procedures for you.
Damaged Items:
Bag products may be damaged by extrusion, collision or water soaking during long-distance transportation. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the outer packaging, damaged parts of the bag and overall product appearance. Our team will verify the damage situation and provide solutions such as replacement, partial refund or full refund as soon as possible.
6. Product Storage and Transportation Notice
Different from apparel products, bag products have specific storage and transportation requirements. Our products are packaged with shockproof, dustproof and moisture-proof materials. TAYLOR JACOB THADDEUS is not responsible for product damage, deformation, dirt or wear caused by improper customer storage, artificial collision, long-term exposure to humid environments, or private disassembly and modification after receiving the goods.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For all international cross-border shipments, the customs supervision policies, duty standards and tax regulations of the destination country/region shall prevail. Customs duties, import taxes, handling fees and other additional fees incurred during customs clearance are all borne by the customer. These fees are not included in the product unit price and shipping cost paid when placing the order.
8. Return Shipping Provision (Newly Added)
If customers need to return or exchange bag products for non-quality reasons, they shall bear the round-trip shipping fees and customs-related fees generated by the return shipment. All returned products must be kept intact with original packaging, unused and undamaged, otherwise the return application will not be approved.
